1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 30 days before departure:
  Full refund after deduction of 10% processing charges.

• 15 to 30 days before departure:
  50% refund of the total tour package cost.

• Less than 15 days before departure:
  No refund will be applicable.

2. Cancellation by Laxmi Holidays, Shimla

In rare situations where Laxmi Holidays, Shimla is required to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or safety concerns:

• A full refund will be provided OR

• Travelers may be offered alternative travel dates or rescheduling options, subject to availability and company discretion.

3. Partially Used Services

No refund will be provided for any unused or partially used services, including but not limited to:

• Hotel accommodation

• Sightseeing tours

• Meals

• Transportation services

4. Payment & Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

• The refund process may take 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

• Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance

• Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.

• Travel insurance is not included in the tour package unless specifically mentioned.
